This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. K. R. Naidu of this office on May 22-23, 1985, of your facilities located at Crystal Lake, Illinois, and to the discussions of our findings with you and your QA Manager at the conclusion of the inspection.
The purpose of this inspection was to review the implementation of your Quality Assurance Program and corrective action taken relative to 10 CFR Part 21 reports.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room, Should you have any questions concerning this inspection, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
