i THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN AND NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of this grant through December 31,1996 at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated August 29,1996. The effective date of this modification shall be October 15,1996.
