This is in further response to your letter dated Septenber 26, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA),

all documents relating to radiation exposure to workers at Unit 1 of Three Mile Island from 1979 to present, including (1) inspection reports, (2) correspondence between GPU or GPU Nuclear or Metropolitan Edison Co.

As agreed in a telephone conversation between you and Nina Toms. I am forwarding to you with this letter the documents listed on Appendix A to rqy November 28, 1984, letter which are not presently available at the Local Public Document Room or the Public Document Room, fSee enclosed excerpt of Appendix A which lists the enclosed documents.? As agreed, you will be billed separately by our Division of Accounting and Finance for the enclosed documents.

Also, as Ms. Toms informed you, the search for additional documents related to your request has been completed; and no additional documents were found.

Further, the staff noted that any documentation relating to radiation exposure at TMI-1 is contained in the NUREG documents on Occupational Radiation Exposure which were also listed on Appendix A to rny November 28, 1984, letter.

This completes NRC's action on your F0IA request.

Inasmuch as we have now responded to your FOIA request, we are taking no further action with regard to your November 11, 1984, letter.
