Dear Mr. Sugarman:
This is in partial response to your letter dated February 11, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all documents relating to a plan by Philadelphia Electric Company to seek supplemental cooling water from the Delaware River Basin Commission created or referred to since January 1, 1984.
To date, the NRC staff has identified four documents that are subject to your FOIA request. These documents, which are listed on the enclosed Appendix A, have already been made available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, for public inspection and copying. We are enclosing a notice which provides procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
The NRC has not completed its search for and review,f any remaining documents which may be subject to your request. We will respond again as soon as search and review are completed.
