Thank you for your letter of May 30, 1985 in response to our letter dated May 3, 1985. We have reviewed your reply and with respect to Item A Part 2, and Item B, we find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Nonconformance. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
Insofar as Item A, Part 1 is concerned, we find that your response does not clearly address the issue raised.
Please submit additional information which specifically addresses the controls employed to ensure the validity of revisions made using this " white-out" method.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days of the date of this letter.
