bope that I send you this message: Louisiana Energy Services (LES) is j
proposing a uranium enrichment plart that threatens the land, air and water quality of Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana.
i I believe that this facility is dangerous and totally unnecessary. Furthermore, the siting of this facility between two low income African-American communities is a clear example of environmental racism and sets a dangerous precedent for other low income communities of color, 4
