This will confinn our telephone discussion with you and Mr. Schubert on June 6, 1985.
I have sent to you, under separate cover, a list of questions for the review scheduled for August 12-16, 1985.
The new list is entitled " Evaluation of Agreement State Radiation Control Program; State Review Guidelines, Questions and Assessments.
This will also confirm my plans to visit each of your Area Compliance Offices during the week of August 5-9, 1985. The purpose of this visit is to review your field offices administrative procedures and record systems, and to conduct inspector accompaniments.
The accompaniments will be coordinated with Mr. Schubert and your inspectors as needed prior to the visits. The field office j
