Modification No. I to Task Order No. 3 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-002 This modification is issued to terminate Task Order No. 3 for the cc,nvenience of the Government. to provide for a no-cost settlement agreement and to reflect the resultant ceiling adjustment for this task order.
Therefore. you are hereby notified that Task Order No. 3. under Contract No. NRC-02-95-002, is terminated completely for the Government's convenience under clause 52.249-6. entitled
" Termination-Cost Reimbursement." This termination which results from a change in NRC's requirements. is effective immediately.
The contractor unconditionally waives any charges against the Government because 4
of the termination of this task order and releases it from all obligations under the task order or due to its termination.
The Government agrees that. all obligations under the task order are concluded.
As a result of this no-cost settlement, the total task order ceildng is reduced by $145.009.62 from $148.721 to $3.711.38. The total estimated reimbursable costs in the amount of $136.821 are hereby decreased by $133.406.68 to $3.414.32.
The fee. in the amount of
$11.900 is hereby decreased by $11.602.94 to $297.06.
