Additional Appendix R Corrective Action in Reference (b) Vermont Yankee provided a revised schedule for completing its Appendix R corrective actions. Subsequent to submitting Reference (b), Vermont Yankee completed its surveillance of fire barriers and fire rated assemblics and identified one fire penetration seal, located in the Cable Vault, that needs to be repaired. Vermont Yankee will complete the repair following startup and will maintain appropriate compensatory measures until the repair has been completed.
