RELEASE FOR REPRINTING OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
Dear Mr. Braverman:
This letter is in response to your letter of July 24,1996 requesting permission to include figures I
originally provided by Westinghouse in a NUREG on modular construction.
We grant the NRC permission to use the material identified in the attached list in a NUREG entitled Assessment of Modular Construction for Safety Related Structures in Advanced Nuclear Power Plant l
Designs. This NUREG is being prepared by Brookhaven National Laboratory.
Some of the design information included in the material to be included in the NUREG is no longer part of the AP600 design. We understand that it is being included in the NUREG as an example of a type of module considered.
