Scope: This routine, unannounced inspection consisted of 36 inspector-hours.

Areas inspected included Plan / Procedures, Lighting, Protected Area Barrier,

Detection Aids, Alarm Station, Vital Area Barriers, Security Organization

Management, Contingency Plan and the licensee's' corrective actions to previous

. inspection findings.

Results: . One Unresolved Item and four violations of regulatory requirements were >

identified:

(a) Inadequate Security Procedures (85-08-01)

(b) Inadequate Protected Area Alarm System (85-08-02)

(c) Inadequate Protected Area Alarm System (85-08-03)

(d) Inadequate Vital Area Barrier (85-08-04)

(e) Bullet-resisting material (URI 85-08-05)
