Dear Ms. Hargrove:
This is in response to your letter dated May 6, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), four categories of records regarding the Oral Roberts University, the City of Faith Hospital and Clinic, and the City of Faith Medical and Research Center, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A copy of the NRC license files for the City of Faith Medical and Research Center (License No. 35-19898.) and the Oral Roberts University (License No.
35-18282) listed on the appendix are enclosed. The Oral Roberts University License is still active. The City of Faith Medical and Research Center License was retired on March 5, 1985.
With regard to category four of your request, during a June 21, 1985, telephone conversation with Mr. Grant Williams of your organization, Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff explained that the file contained all of the known available infor-mation about the license.
