Dear Mr. Felton:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, as amended (5 USC 5552).
I wish to obtain the " Region III Tracking System" for dockets 454/455, in addition to any associated docu-mentation.
The " Region III Tracking System" would include reference to all I & E reports, 10 CFR part 50.55(e) reports and 10 CFR part 21 reports.
I am one of the attorneys for Business and Professional People for the Public Interest ("BPI").
We are currently involved in rate case proceedings before the Illinois Commerce Commission.
V I am prepared to pay reasonable costs for reproducing the report.
The Act does provide, however, that you may reduce or waive fees if it "is in the public interest because furnishing the information can be considered as primarily benefiting the public."
I believe this request fits that category, and therefore ask you to waive any fees.

Mr. James Felton April 24, 1985 I believe that the report does not fall within any of the exemptions contained in the Act or in NRC regulations.
Further there appears to be no need in the public interest to withhold it.
See 24 CFR 515.21.
As provided in the Act, I will expect to receive a reply within ten working days.
