Dear Mr. Dircks,
On April 19, 1985, I made a Freedom of Information Act request for all documents generated in preparing Inspection Report No. 50-317/84-27, dated January 25, 1985, for the Calvert Clif fs Nuclear Power Plant.
A copy is attached.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 9.8 (d), the NRC's response was due May 3, 1985.
The Commission has not responded to my request or notified me that the time for responding has been extended.
I am treating that failure _to respond as a denial, which I hereby appeal.
Please assure that my request is fulfilled immediately or provide a detailed justification for your failure to release the documents in question.
Sincerely,
(%
