I would like to renew our NRC license, No. SNM ~ 733, which is due to expire April 30, 1965.
I believe that our current license and supporting documents
( in particular g letter of May 13, 1775 to Ms. Dragonette in Washington, D. C. and g more recent letter to your office in Glen Ellyn, dated June 12,17/9 ) accurately reflect our program and I wish to continue to operate in accordance with these documents and applicable NRC regulations and license conditions.
