NRC Docket Nos. 50-254/265 The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC staff that on September 23,1996, at 11:30 PM CDT, Quad Cities Station implemented the Upgraded Technical Specifications in accordance with the Safety Evaluation Report issued on June 28,1996 (R. Pulsifer, NRC, letter to D. Farrar, Comed).
