days prior to each cycle initial criticality unless otherwise approved by the--

t Commission by letter.

The staff is currently reviewing the proposed Technical Specification amendment submitted by Mr. Robert Hagan's letter of Octcber 28, 1992 which would delete this requirement.

Since the stafi's review muy not be completed 60 days prior to the Cycle 7 initial criticality, this letter provides the Commission's a) proval for Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation to not submit tie Radial Peaking Factor Limit Report.

TFe reporting requireacnts associated with Cycle 7 will be addressed by a separate letter following completion of the staff review of the proposed Technical Specification revisionc.
