ANf10AL ECCS OUTAGE REPORT (TAC NO. M76180)
By letter dated February 28, 1990, you informed the NRC staff that you would no longer submit an annual Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) outage report to the NRC.
Instead, you will utilize your ongoing involvement with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Nuclear Plant Reliability Data System and the 10 CFR 50.73 reporting requirements in order to identify significant ECCS component failures and reliability data for the ECCS systems.
The NRC staff has reviewed the change to your ECCS outage reporting commitment and finds that it is acceptable.
