Dear Ms. Wright:
The attached is General Electric Company's original NRC License application for 1,615 Kgs of natural to enriched uranium as Uranium Dioxide (UO,) to be exported as Fuel Assemblies with ultimate end use being reload fuel for Kernkraftwerk Gundremmingen Unit B in Germany.
Enclosed also is General Electric Company's check (1836779Ein the amount of $3,100.00 payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the processing and issuance of this export license as required-by law. This export license is required by May 1993 to assure first shipment in June 1993.
Your prompt assistance and contact with the U.S. State Department and Department of Energy is required.
