Dear Ms. Hiatt:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 8,1985 in which you asked the NRC to deny the Cleveland Electric Illuminating (Company's requestfor ex 10CFR Part 50. The matter has been submitted to appropriate NRC Technical Review Staff for evaluation upon which a decision will be made whether to grant or deny the Perry applicants request.
It is expected that a decision will be reached in June 1985. Copies of that decision will be provided to the service list for the Perry project, in which you are included.
