Dear Mr. Johnson:
i This refers to export license XMAT0359, issued to Penngraph, Incorporated on j
March 27, 1992, which authorized the export of 35,000 kilograms of bulk j
nuclear grade graphite to Sweden over a five-year period.
In a recent telephone conversation between you and Betty Wright on my staff, 4
you indicated that Penngraph no longer needed the specific license since you have determined that the products Penngraph ships to Sweden can be exported 4
i under the general license authority in 10 CFR 6110.25. As a result, the NRC l
1s terminating export license XMAT0350.
