Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 3 under Contract No. NRC-04-95-065 This modification is issued to terminate Task Order No. 3 for the convenience of the Government, to provide for a no-cost settlement agreement, and to reflect the resultant ceiling adjustment for this task order. Therefore, you are hereby notified that Task Order No. 3, under Contract No. NRC-04-95-065, is terminated completely for the Government's convenience under clause 52.249-6, entitled " Termination-Cost Reimbursement." This termination, which i
results from a change in NRC's requirements, is effective immediately, The contractor unconditionally waives any charges against the Government because of the termination of this task order and releases it from all obligations under the task order or due to its termination.
The Government agrees that all obligations under the task order are concluded. As a result of this no-cost settlement, the total task order ceiling is reduced by
$37,313.50 from $74,671 to $37,357.50.
