I approve publication of the Revisions to the Regulatory Requirements for Reactor Siting contained in SECY-96-118, as modified by the July 10, 1936 memorandum to the Commission from J.
Taylor.
In addition, with relocatica of the dose criteria and earthquake l
engineering criteria from 13 CFR Part 100 to Part 50, staff should ensure that conforming regulations are made, where necessary, e.g.
10 CFR 21.3, to refer to either Part 100 for current reactors or Part 50 for future reactors.
