COMMENTS: l I approve publication of the Revisions to the Regulatory Requirements for Reactor Siting contained in SECY-96-118, as modified by the July 10, 1936 memorandum to the Commission from J. Taylor.
In addition, with relocatica of the dose criteria and earthquake l engineering criteria from 13 CFR Part 100 to Part 50, staff
! should ensure that conforming regulations are made, where necessary, e.g. 10 CFR 21.3, to refer to either Part 100 for current reactors or Part 50 for future reactors.
