This is in response to your letter dated April 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act (FOIA), copies of all records disclosed in response to a recent F0IA request (F01A-85-190) from Robert R. Belair of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart.
At this time, the NRC has not fully responded to F01A-85-190. We are enclosing a copy of the NRC's letter of April 15, 1985, with enclosed Appendix A, in partial response to F0!A-85-190. We anticipate fully responding to the request within the next month. Copies of the records disclosed on April 15, 1985, may be obtained from the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washing-ton, DC 20555 (telephone 202-634-3273). We suggest that you telephone the PDR staff in about a month if you are interested in copies of records related to the final response at that time.
