Dear Judge Hoyt:
As you may recall, I have entered an appearance on behalf of Chester County in the above captioned matter.
In that regard, I am advised that a subpoena has been issued by the Board for Mr. Earl Baker, Commissioner of;.Chester County, to appear as a witness on Tuesday, January 15, 1985, at 4:00 p.m.
Please be advised that Mr. Baker has a longstanding prior commitment for that time and date, however, we have arranged for Mr. Robert Thompson, the Chairman of the Chester County Commissioners, to attend in his place.
I understand that LEA has subpoenaed the various affected Counties' Chairman of Commissioners.
Mr. Thompson, not Mr. Baker, is the Chairman of the Chester County Commissioners.
Mr. Thompson is aware of the issues involved and will be a competent witness.
