This is in response to your letter of July 12,1996, concernirig decommissioning funds and letter of credit for the Penn State Research Reactor.
We are presently in the process of updating our plan to current values and will forward it to you when finished. We anticipate completion and submission by October 31,1996. Upon acceptance of our plan we will negotiate a new letter of credit.
