Dear Sir:
NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1, addresses potential failure mechanisms for Rosemount transmitters, Models 1153 and 1154. GPU Nuclear has verified that no Model 1153 or Model 1154 transmitters manufactured by Rosemount are u'"ized at TMI-2 on any important to-safety system or system installed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.62. Thus, the Requested Actions for Operating Reactors have been satisfied, even though TMI-2 is no longer an operating reactor.
