ENCLOSURE 1 IN-SERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM AMENDMENT 92-01
SUMMARY
OF CHANGES This Amendment #92-01 makes'the following changes:-
1.
The cover page is revised to include review of ISI. program by the-American Nuclear Insurance, Inc.
2.
Classification of whip restraint to pipe guide is incorporated.
3.
Discrepancies found during system walkdowns on the number of integral attachments-in the RHR and HPCI systems 'are corrected (deletes exempt and nonexistent integral attachments).
4.
Discrepancy between Section 3 -and Section 5 on the number of - pipe supports in the Reactor Water Clean-Up (RWCU) System is corrected-(H,
1-97 was inadvertently omitted from Section 3).
5.
The Code Case N-424, dated July 18, 1985 is incorporated.
The Code Cases N-307-1 dated December 5, 1984, and N-498, dated May 13, 1991_'are invoked. These appear on Page 1-1.
6.
Typographical errors in Section 3, HPCI Tables, Page 1 of 8, Section 5 '
page 41 of 44, and Section 5 page 6 of 44 are corrected.
7.
The Support #H-12-1-6 in Section-5 page 29 of 44_is deleted.
8.
The P&lD reference on the RWCU system. tables are corrected.
9.
Four supports _to RWCU system are added.
These were previously identified as failure restraints.
10.
Welds RPV-N16A-1 and RPV-N168-1 from program are deleted. These are:now identified -as replacement welds.
11.
Reference is added to Pilgrim Relief Requests.
Pilgrim Relief Requests,:
(PRR)-4 and _ PRR-5 are withdrawn and new Pilgrim Relief Requests,_ PRR-17 through PRR 21 are included for NRC review and approval.
