REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN THE FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN
Reference:
NRC License SNM-1097, Docket 70-1113 With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE submits the attached FNMCP changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32 (c),
which do not decrease the effectiveness of the current program.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 (d), GE requests that the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as they contain information which identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM. contains descriptions of the changes identified by section. contains the revised FNMCP pages with changes identified with an asterisk in the right-hand margin.
GE personnel would be pleased to discuss this matter further with you and your staff as you may deem necessary.
