Dear Mr. Lucksinger:
On August 27, 1996, Penny Lanzisera of this office conducted a safety i
inspection at the above location of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license.
The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations.
The inspection was limited to a review of the events surrounding the loss of a static eliminator contained as licensed materir.l.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with you, at the conclusior of the inspection, and are documented in the enclosed inspection rep 3rt. This also refers to your correspondence dated September 20, 1996, in which you stated 4
that the previously reported missing static eliminator air gun was located.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
