Department of Energy (DOE) entered into a
cooperat iti~aareement on November 26, 1991 whereby ownership of the packagings described and authorized for use under the above ref erenced NRC certifications was transf erred to the U.
S.
Department of Energy, Office of Isotope Production and Distribution.
Consequently we recommend that the DOE be added to the list of users and also be recognized as the principal uset and owner of these packagings.
