ORDER On July 22, 1985 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board authorized the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to issue a full-power operat-ing license for the Limerick Generating Station. All parties previously had an. opportunity to. file comments with the Commission on all issues relevant to making this decision immediately effective except issues related to the contentions on the emergency plans for the State Correc-tional Institution at Graterford, Pennsylvania. Therefore, any comments concerning making the decision immediately effective should be limited to issues relating to those contentions.

, the time for filing coments is shortened from ten to seven days.

+ Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.772, any comments concerning the Licensing Board authorization referred to above must be related to contentions on the emergency plans for the Graterford Institution and must be in the Comission's hands by 5 p.m. July 29, 1985.
