RESPONSES TO OUESTIONS RAISED IN LIMITED APPEARANCE STATEMENTS ON APRIL 11, 1985 DURING THE HEARING FOR THE PERRY PLANT Daring the hearing for the Perry Plant, on April 11, 1985, a number of ques-tions were raised in Limited Appearance statements related to emergency plan-ning that were not addressed during the litigation of admitted contentions.
The purpose of this memorandum is to request the assistance of FEMA in respond-ing to those questions related to offsite emergency planning and preparedness.
