REPORT NO. 70-1426/84-02 Thank you for your responses of January 30, and May 20, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 4,1985, concerning activities conducted at your Falls Church, Virginia facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.

Therefore, we intend to place this letter, as well as the above referenced letters, in NRC's Public Document Room within 30 days of the above date.
