NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/93-06; 50-446/93-06
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. P. Wagner, and the inspectors.
identified in the enclosed report, of this office on January 13-22. 1993.
The
inspection included a review of activities authorized for your Comanche Peak
Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, facility.
At the conclusion of the-
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your Staff
identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during this inspection are identified in the enclosed report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of
procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and review
of completed activities.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice." a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
