REVISION 30a TO THE PALISADES SECURITY PLAN Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 30a to the Palisades Security Plan. This revision includes permanent changes to the Plan resulting from modifications made to include an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) within the plant protected area.
On October 1, 1992, we submitted revision 30 to the Security Plan. That revision included temporary changds to the plan necessary for.
construction of the ISFSI, and detailed system descriptions: of the changes that would be needed as a result of the ISFSI.
Revision 30a supersedes all previous revisions, including revision 30.
The information contained in the enclosed documents has been classified as safeguards information.
Therefore, Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.?!(c).
Consumers Power has determined that the changes contained in Revision 30a do not degrade the overall effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan.
