ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC N0. M95372)
Dear Mr. Feigenbaum:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 97 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, in response to your application dated May 2,1996, as supplemented by letter dated August 30, 1996.
The amendment removes Technical Specification Figure 5.1, which was used in maintaining K,'for any fuel placed in the Millstone Unit I spent fuel pool.
