Requirements at l'ixed Sites.
10 The Commisalon is being arked the approve 11 the final amendments to its physical protection 12 requiremento for fixed cites.
The amendments make it 13 clear that the Commission'a regulations do not require 14 protection againct both radiological cabotage and the 15 thef t of special nucicar materials at all f acilitico.
16 The amendment also adds a requirement for protection 17 against radiological sabotage at non-power reactors 18 operating at or above two megawatts thermal power 19 where deemed necessary, 20 All Commissionero have approved the 23 amendments.
