Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59 (b) (2), enclosed is the report of facility changes, tests, and experiments for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP).
Those changes, tests, and experiments reported are for the period September 19, 1994, through April 10, 1996 (the end of the PNPP fifth refueling outage), and in selected cases, more recent evaluations.
This report summarizes a total of 281 safety evaluations. Attachment I defines the acronyms and format description. Attachment 2 provides the summaries of the safety evaluations listed above.
