The inspection was en examination of the activities conducted under your license es they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Reguitory Commission $ (NRC) rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examirations of procedures nd representative records, intervwws, with personnet, and observetions by the inspector. The findings as e result of this inspection e e as f ollows:
