INSERVICE INSPECTION ACTIVITIES - 90 DAY REPORT FOURTH REFUELING OUTAGE HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides in the enclosure to this letter, the Ninety (90) Day Report for Inservice Inspection (ISI) activities conducted at Hope Creek Generating Station during the fourth refueling outage.
This report is submitted in accordance with Section 4.0.5 of Appendix A to the Technical Specifications for Hope Creek Generating Station and Article IWA-6220(b) of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. of this submittal consists of Form NIS-1, " Owners Data Report for Inservice Inspection," Code. Data Reports - Forms NIS-2, " Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements,"
NR-1, and excerpts from Volume 1 of the "92" Inservice Examinations of Selected Components at Hoce Creek Generating Station.
