Reactor power was maintained at approximately 100 percent full power until 2fi30 hours on January 20, 1993, when reactor power was manually reduced at the rate of approximately 3 percent every 3 days due to end of Cycle 8 coastdown before shutdown to perform scheduled maintenance and refueling activities.
