CLOSURE OF CONFlRMATORY ACTION LETTER This relates to our Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) dated November 13, 1992, which discussed pending actions at your Trojan Nuclear Plant.

In view of your decision not to restart the Trojan facility, as communicated la Mr. Ken llarrison's letter dated January 27, 1993, we consider this CAL to be closed, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
