Request for an Operating License for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-445 and 50-446 DL-Service List We have received copies of Mr. Spence's June 27, 1985, letters to Mr. Robert D. Martin, Regional Administrator, Region IV, and to Mr. Harold R. Denton, NRC Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, stating that:
" Effective immediately, Mr. W. G. Counsil, Executive Vice President, Texas Utilities Generating Company is the designee for the receipt of official correspondence pertaining to Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station. Correspondence should be addressed to Mr. Counsil at the address shown below:
Mr. W. G. Counsil Executive Vice President Texas Utilities Generating Company 400 North Olive, L.B. 81 Dallas, Texas 75201" Since we did not receive a copy of a similar letter to either the Licensing Board or the NRC Staff, we are not sure whether or not this extends to the pleadings in the licensing proceedings as well.
Please let us know.
(In the meantime, we are sending both Mr. Spence and Mr. Counsil copies of the other pleadings being sent at the same time as this letter.) You'll also recall that I've asked you in the past whether or not you or Mr. Dignan should be added to the service list, and your response was no.
Is this still the case? We'll appreciate your guidance regarding this.
