This will confirm our frequent conversations concerning a proposed meeting with Mr. Harold L. Denton and the parties to the captioned matter.
Please be advised that I have scheduled such a meeting for Thursday, September 19, 1985 at 1:00 p.m. in Room P-412, 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. Mr. Denton has also reserved the same room for Friday, September 20, at 1:00 p.m. in the event extra time is needed.
As I have advised, the Staff will make available to the parties an agenda setting forth the issues to be discussed at the meeting.
I will also be in touch with you concerning these issues and the potential for settlement of all or part of this disagreement.
