May 19, 1992, by GPU Nuclear Letter No. C311-92-2066. The errata pages provide replacement for repaginated TSCR psges on which_information was inadvertently omitted.
A copy of the errata pages has been sent to the senior officials _ of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Radiation Protection.
