n VIRGINIA POWER SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 SECURITY PROGRAM REVISION 12 This is in reference to your letter of March 26, 1985 regarding Region II coments on Revision 11 to the Surry Power Station Physical Security Plan.
Revision 11 was submitted pursuant to 50.54 (p) and was transmitted with our letter of February 1,1985 serial number 524.
We have reviewed those comments and have either provided clarification of the revision (s) or have reverted to the comitment in the previously approved physical security plan.
Our coments concerning the changes made to Revision 11 are addressed in the attached enclosure. Also enclosed are pages of the physical security plan that have been revised to support our clarification

coments.
Pursuant to 50.54(p), we are submitting these revised pages as Revision 12 to the Surry ohysical Security Plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
