On June 17, 1992, I submitted a Freedom of Information Act
("FOIA") request which has been designated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") as FOIA No.92-297 (copy attached).
At this time, I wish to amend the first two paragraphs of FOIA No.92-297 to read as follows:

The individuals who may have records subject to the-ToHgoing request include, but are not limited to,_ NRC Region II employees and representatives:and the_ members of the Augmented Inspection Team ("AIT") and the Incident Investigation Team ("IIT") which were sent to Plant Vogtle shortly after the-March 20, 1990 event.
For your information, I understand that the records subject to the foregoing request are or may be in the possession of the following NRC personnel, among others: (1) NRC Region II personnel - Ken Brockman, Eldan Testa and Milton Hunt; (2) the AIT members - Ken Brockman,- Lee Trocine, Ken Clark and-Eldan Testa;__and (3) the administrative assistant'to the IIT, Ms. Cherie Siegel, and the IIT members - Al Chaffee, Rick Kendall, Bill Lazarus, Bill Jones, Mike Jones, Warren 9302170214 920630 PDR FDIA LAMBERS92-330 PDR
