This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Shell of your staff and Mr. M. Lesser of this office concerning a meeting that has been scheduled for October 28, 1996, from 1:00 p.m., to 2:30 p.m.
The pur mse of this meeting is to discuss the operational performance of the Sequoyal Units.
The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II office,101 Marietta Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30323. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
