The program-will be held on Thursday, February:11, 1993', at i.he_ Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza,-1750 Rockville Pike,-Rockville, Maryland.
The theme for the 68th National Celebration of Black History Month is " Afro-American Scholarst ~ Leaders,' Activists, and-Writors."
